Customer management

Information about the customers who place orders is stored in the system, so their history, reliability and solvency can be seen. Customers provide their information when they place orders in various ways: by email, in the customer area or by phone. Each customer's orders are shown with the customer. The system can also be connected to an accounting program to exchange information with Terra B2B for sending invoices to customers.

Customer area

Customers have access to a self-service area where they place their orders. Here customers can view their history, orders and available credit, as well as sales invoices, which they can download.
